工作描述
Job Responsibilities:
· Understand business strategy; closely collaborate with business leaders to understand their HR needs and provide effective HR solutions and interventions.
· Responsible for HR functions in Spain, extensive engagement across the entire staff lifecycle by implementing initiatives in all HR aspects payroll, performance and reward management, talent acquisition, outsource staff management etc.
· Build the fundamental HR infrastructure and frame, and create standardized HR policies and procedures to support the business unit’s growth.
· Work closely with HQ in China on daily HR work.
Job Requirements:
· Must hold a valid work and residence permit in Spain.
· Clear logical thinking, strong learning ability, and proactive attitude towards job responsibilities.
· Strong sense of responsibility and team spirit, capability of handling work pressure.
· Mandarin Chinese and Spanish can be used as working languages.
· Passionate about logistics and seeking long-term growth.
