About the Company
A leading Chinese automotive manufacturer is expanding globally and seeking a Legal Counsel for its factory operations.

In this role, you will be mainly responsible for the following:

– Draft, review, and revise bilingual contracts, including supply, service, employment, lease, and JV-related agreements.
– Support compliance, labour matters, environmental and licensing issues in factory operations.
– Advise on corporate, commercial, and labour law matters under Spanish law.
– Participate in JV governance, including board/shareholder meetings and document reviews;
– Coordinate with external counsel and internal Chinese legal teams to ensure cross-border alignment.
– Assist in internal legal audits, due diligence, risk reviews, and legal archiving.
– Monitor Spanish legal updates and advise on risk mitigation and compliance strategy.
